♥ Con el Alma en un hilo

70.3 Utah-Half, August 2013

Con el alma en un hilo is a phrase we use back home to say that someone is very preoccupied! When Thomas told me that his dad and him wanted to do a Half-IronMan I was really excited for him, until he decided to not train for it! I mean he did train, but he definitely did not take the training as seriously as most of the people we had talked to! Anyways the day of the race I was horrified. Thankfully everything went well and he was able to finish in 6 hours-he even sprinted the end part! He loved it! and he is planning to do the St. George Half-Ironman 70.3 in May!

We got there at 5:30 in the morning

Father and Son before the swimming

He got a little lost and swam more that he should have and he still finished with the elite (even a little before) :)

My father-in-law finishing strong as well!

These people are truly motivating !!

Getting ready for, and starting the biking!

 Finishing!

They get spoiled!
