♥ Healthy Start


Be Healthy! For those who don't know I am a parfait freak, so here is a small post about the last one I tried.
Parfaits are the simplest breakfast you can prepare! it will take you less than 5 min, and you will feel totally healthy and satisfied. I also like using Mason Jars to make my parfaits, putting them in cute containers gets me more motivated to eat healthy ;)









           Ingredients 
  • -1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • -banana Chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh kiwi
  • 1/2 cup fresh apples
  • 1/2 cup fresh bananas
  •  1 cup of simplait (yoplait) yogurt. (the flavor is up to you, I personally like blackberry and vanilla) 

  • Directions
  • * Alternate yogurt, oats and then the fruit.
